Refund Policy

As a specialized service-based company, InkOutreach offers customized digital PR, off-page SEO, and content outreach services. Due to the nature of digital service delivery and involvement with third-party platforms (such as publishers, media outlets, and content creators), we follow a strict No Refund Policy once work has commenced.

🔸 Refunds Will Not Be Provided:

  • Once a project or campaign has been initiated, or
  • If outreach or publishing work has begun,
  • Due to third-party delays or publisher policy changes,
  • For outcomes like media denial, placement rejections, or SEO result variations.

🔸 Refunds May Be Considered (Partial or Full) Only If:

  • The service has not yet started within 5 working days of payment.
  • InkOutreach is unable to initiate the promised outreach due to internal limitations.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@inkoutreach.com with your payment receipt and reason for the request. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be made at the sole discretion of InkOutreach management.
